Benefits of Water

Water is the most important element in our body. 2/3 of body consists of water and it is the main component of human body. All of our vital organs such as, brain, blood and muscle consist almost 75% of water. Furthermore, drinking a healthy amount of water is good for our health. If we drink it daily, we will get tremendous health benefits and sometimes, we do not need to use any medication to reduce pain. Some benefits of water such as, water can act like a medicine for reducing headache and back pain, it can moisten your skin, it can help you to lose your weight; besides, it can reduce the risk of cancer.
First, water can act like a medicine for reducing headache and back pain. Eventhough, there are many cases that can cause headache and back pain but the most common one is dehydration. If you drink water daily, your body will have enough supply of water. That will make your organs work properly. Besides, you can avoid dehydration that automatically can reduce your headache and back pain. So, you do not need to take some medication to relief headache and back pain but you  just drink water daily; besides, it is more better for your health.
Second, it can moisten your skin. If you want to look more young and have beautiful skin, you do not need to use an expensive anti aging cream because you can only drink a healthy amount of water daily. Your skin have to moisten properly and water can help to moisten skin elasticity. Moreover, water also help to replenish skin tissues and replace old skin cells. Consequently, drinking water daily can make your skin more healthy and moist.
Third, it can help you to lose your weight. People who want to lose their weight have to know about this benefit of water.  If people drink a healthy amount of water daily, they can reduce their hunger; as a result, they can control their eating habit. Besides, water can flush down the by-product of fat breakdown and throw it away through sweat and urine. So, if you want to do diet and control your weight, you just drink a healthy amount of water as that might be better than using unsafe diet medicine.
Fourth, it can reduce the risk of cancer especially bladder cancer and colon cancer. Water can neutralize the concentration of cancer causing agents in the urine and shorten the contact with bladder lining. Moreover, people who always get constipation can be helped by drinking a healthy amount of water since water can dilute the concentration of feces and throw away the toxins in our body. Those toxins can increase the risk of colon cancer. So, drinking a healthy amount of water can be used to decrease risk of bladder cancer and colon cancer; besides, it is more easy and safe than using other kinds of anti cancer medicine.
